For a 3 BHK apartment, expect 14–18 weeks from concept to handover. A villa or large home is usually 24–36 weeks. We share a detailed week-by-week schedule after the brief, and update it weekly during execution.

Yes — we currently work across Rajasthan, Delhi NCR and parts of Gujarat. For projects further out, we'll usually fly in once a fortnight and partner with a vetted local execution team.

Two formats — a fixed design fee, or a percentage of the project budget. Both are agreed in writing before any drawings begin. There are no hidden margins, no kickbacks from vendors. You see every invoice we see.

Where the homeowner is comfortable, yes. We try to take prospective clients to one residential and one commercial project so you can see — and feel — the work before committing.

We do — usually a single room, a kitchen rework, or a wardrobe wall. Our minimum engagement is around ₹6L. Anything smaller is rarely fair to either side.

Earlier is better than later — ideally before civil work begins. The most successful projects involve us at the architectural stage, when proportion, light and circulation are still on the drawing board.
